Happy Monday All!! As we embark on a new work week, I would like to take a moment to honor a most sacred pastime (and sanity saver, if I might add)…Happy Hour. Before you think of me as a complete alchy, let me explain. Happy hour is a time that you take to stop and unwind in the middle of your hectic schedule to catch up with your friends and family over a little bubbly or vino and forget for an hour and a half that you have a million things to do by 10AM tomorrow morning! Isn’t that simply wonderful? I think so! As an added bonus, some of the most beautiful bars and hotels offer happy hours so you can sit in a beautiful environment and enjoy (for half the price)! Here are a few of my favorite spots for mid-week relaxation and some that I wish I could go to in a moments notice…
